If you have a rental property that needs cleaning before the next tenants move in, give us a call and we will have your property looking like new!
Entrance: We will make sure that the entrance will be neat since it will be the first impression for the new tenant. Clean light fixture, remove cobweb, and sweep all the entrance area.
Kitchen: Clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards, clean back-splashes, clean inside/outside of oven, clean stove and drip pans, clean range hood, clean inside/outside microwave, wash inside/outside of dishwasher, clean inside/outside refrigerator, clean all counter tops; sweep and wash hard surface floors, damp wipe baseboards, wash light fixtures, clean all the switch plates. Bathrooms: Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors, scrub and disinfect toilet, clean and sanitize bath & showers, shower doors and tiles, scrub bathroom sinks, wipe all counters, clean cabinets and drawers inside, clean mirrors, sweep and wash hard surface floors, damp wipe baseboards, clean light fixtures and fan. Bedrooms: Vacuum and mop, remove cobwebs, windex window, vacuum carpet, clean inside closets, clean light fixture and air return, damp wipe baseboards. Living room: Vacuum and mop, vacuum carpet, clean mirrors, clean all surfaces, remove cobwebs, clean fire place, windex windows, damp wipe baseboards, clean light fixtures and air return.. Laundry area:clean inside/outside of dryer and washer, clean dryer filter sweep and wash hard surface floors, damp wipe baseboards. Garage: Remove cobwebs and sweep the whole area.  |
